SHIPPING
Shipping Method
All orders are packed by the artist Erin Skilbrei in Oslo and shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email me at shop@erinskilbreiart.com.
All orders are shipped with Posten (Norwegian Postal Service), and the prices for shipping in this webshop are based on Posten's own prices. Delivery time is 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). The delivery time depends on where in the country the package is going, where it is being sent from, the time of day, and the weekday it is shipped. The package is usually picked up on the first business day after drop-off.
Unexpected events such as extreme weather or road closures may also affect delivery time and in some cases lead to delays.
Delivery Address
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date delivery address. If you need to change your delivery address, please email us with your order number as soon as possible and within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped before you contact us, we cannot change the delivery address. If an item is not delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, a full refund or replacement is not guaranteed.
International Duties and Taxes
Many countries charge VAT or duties on internationally purchased goods. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering any such charges incurred, which are due upon receipt or import of your order. Customs duties and taxes are typically charged when the value of your goods exceeds a certain threshold. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their home country when purchasing international goods. I am also not responsible for delays caused by customs.
At this moment I only ship to Norway due to GSPR regulations and other technical hurdles. I will hopefully be able to ship to EU and the rest of the world eventually.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
According to European law, you have a 14-day return right on your item. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping and packaging the return responsibly. I recommend using the original packaging. To initiate a return or if you have any questions, please contact me at emblama@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number.

Damages and Issues
If you notice a defect in your order, you must notify me within a reasonable time. The issue must have existed at the time of receipt and should be documented—such as with a photo. If the product has defects or is damaged, you may request a replacement, a similar new product, or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized products or sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have concerns about a specific order.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

TERMS OF SALE
This purchase is governed by the following standard terms for consumer purchases of goods over the internet, regulated by applicable consumer legislation, including the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, and the E-commerce Act. These laws are available at www.lovdata.no. The terms in this agreement do not limit your statutory rights but outline the key rights and obligations of both parties. The terms are developed and recommended by the Norwegian Consumer Authority and can be read on their website.
The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information provided in the ordering process, and any specifically agreed conditions. In the event of a conflict, what has been specifically agreed between the parties takes precedence, as long as it is not contrary to mandatory law.

Price
The total price stated for the goods and services includes all taxes, duties, and additional charges.
Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has submitted their order to the seller.

I accept card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, and PayPal. Our payment partners ensure secure, fast, and encrypted transactions, and I never receive your card details.
Delivery
All prints are wrapped in protective tissue paper, acid-free plastic, reinforced cardboard envelopes, and cardboard tubes. If delivery is delayed, I will notify you as soon as I am aware, along with an update on when the delivery can be expected.
Responsibility for the Products
The risk and responsibility for the product pass to the buyer once the item has been delivered.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the buyer may return an item to the seller without cause, even if there is no defect. The buyer must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the order. Once the withdrawal is invoked, the product must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and must cover the shipping costs.The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order purchases. Please also note the exceptions listed in Section 22 of Norway's Right of Withdrawal Act.
The seller is obliged to refund the purchase amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of the buyer’s decision. The seller may withhold the refund until the item is returned or the buyer has provided proof of return.
Delays and Non-Delivery
If a product is defective, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. If the item is faulty and not due to the buyer or any conditions on the buyer’s side, a replacement order will be sent. Damage occurring after delivery cannot be covered. Complaints must be submitted to the seller in writing.
Disputes
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If this fails, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached at +47 23 400 600.
